Tri-County Area Information
Tri-County Real Estate lists properties in Cooper, Moniteau and Morgan counties in Mid-Missouri. We are located on Highway 50 West, 33 miles west of Jefferson City, 25 miles east of Sedalia and just a 30 minute drive from the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.
Cooper, Moniteau and Morgan counties are predominantly rural with many charming and friendly small towns throughout. There are also some larger towns in these counties, including Boonville in Cooper county, California in Moniteau county, and Versailles in Morgan county.
